On-Site Consultation: Customers will first fill out a questionnaire to help evaluate the customer’s hunting property and goals. We will use hunting applications and topographical maps to develop areas of interest in the customer’s hunting property. We will then schedule an on-site visit to the customer’s hunting property.

During an on-site visit, we will walk every part of the property possible on foot, and locate the best place for a deer sanctuary. We will then locate travel corridors and bedding areas on the property. After locating travel corridors, we will educate customers on how to use trail cameras and mineral sites to locate target bucks home range. We will then locate and identify funnels and pinch points with customers.

The application of food plots will then be addressed as to what to plant when and why. The main areas of focus will be to have healthy food plots from fall to spring. This will attract deer to a hunter’s property for hunting season in the fall. During the spring, this will foster a mother doe and fawn’s diet, as well as, help nutrient-depleted bucks get healthy from the rut to encourage antler growth throughout the summer.

After that, we will move to stand placement which will directly tie into what was learned about funnels and pinch points. Customers can expect to learn which stands should be hunted in the morning and evening if the customer is not able to hunt for the duration of the day. Also, customers will learn how to access these stands in accordance with wind direction. We will discuss bedding areas, food sources, mock scrapes, and watering holes and how this applies to stand selection.

After going through this, we will discuss the overall game plan for the hunter’s property, and how to maximize the information gathered today. We will discuss when and how to make the according changes to the property and answer any questions the customer may have at that time. If the customer is pleased with the plan set in place, the on-site consultation will then be complete.

Virtual Consultation: Consultations will begin by using hunting applications, topographical maps, and questionnaires about the environment in and surrounding the customer’s hunting property. Once we have evaluated the customer’s goals and current situation regarding their property, we will set up a virtual meeting to discuss a game plan moving forward.

Strategies we will discuss include: forms of access to the property, access to stand placements to get hunters in front of target deer at the correct time, and the current use or application of food plots in depth to determine if the customer is maximizing the use of this on their property, developing a deer sanctuary deer feel safe in, the correct placement and use of trail cameras, mock scrapes, hunting situations, and much more.
